Excellent approach, very kind and helpful staff. The best experience with the Czech Post branch.
Very slow staff. What people serve here in 30 minutes at two counters can do at any other post office in 5 minutes. I would call it laziness. In addition, my delivered mails at this post office, where I stopped by chance on the way around, were delivered in 9 days - they probably "fell" somewhere ... I'd rather not stop here and continue to another branch.
Hello, I am wondering if Česká pošta should cough up its work. Leaving the branch open for 2 hours on Saturday is absurd !!! You can't stand the spread of covid, you sit behind glass and you have minimal contact, what then the poor in shops and supermarkets. You let us stand in line for your lousy services, so you contribute to the spread of the disease. Say hello to the management all the way to Prague, it deserves a reward.
Functional one partition, after arriving and waiting X people, open the other, miss, who can not even measure the thickness of the package. My package was packed interestingly and in plastic, sealed with tape, nothing interesting to me, it does not come to me or workers at other post offices, so the packages go. I do not need to mention the despicable expression above the package, but the girl enriched me with words - Well, hopefully they will hold the labels there. I suppose I should have bought packages from CP, but the idea that for them extra bezim to this mail, really not. If they have a customer care certificate, they only disgrace the certificate itself.
I go to a lot of post offices in the Czech Republic and this one is definitely one of the best. So far I have not had a single problem.
