Express Umzug s.r.o.

I moved with Express Umzug as part of the UTS network from Berlin to Munich and unfortunately had a very bad experience. Clear delivery instructions for electronics and fragile goods have been ignored. I ended up with a lot of damages that I had to reclaim via my insurance. I moved 6 times in the last 15 years and my prior 5 moves combined (some even internationally) resulted in fewer damages compared to this last one.

Fast, friendly, on time ... nothing is damaged after my move. The troop was in a really good mood and I knew my belongings were in good hands. Any time. The price was very fair, the advice was competent and all promises were kept.

My move was carried out very quickly and well. The helpers were very pleasant and friendly. Star deduction only for wardrobe and a lamp, which are not so well assembled.

We had a very good experience. Everything was set up professionally and reliably from time to time. Nothing was damaged and the move was routine and still done with patience. The price performance ratio is very good. I can therefore only recommend the company.

Really great, the move should take 2 days, but they did it in one day. Fast and nice staff !!
