Kinetic sculpture Česká Lípa In 1973, when the finish-Lipa settlement fresco hill was decided to build a kinetic sculpture that had to remind the space achievements of the former Soviet Union, the author Vratislav Karel Novak She graduated in 1978 (his work is also a metronome at Letná) basis sculptures included several gears moving independently on their own axes In later times, however, the work suffered from neglected maintenance and some people from the housing estate began to complain about unpleasant metal sounds, so they began to decide what will happen to the sculpture in the end, despite considerable opposition from artists. removed in 2017
