As soon as I arrived, I met a nice lady who informed me that the colleague with whom I had an appointment was still at the doctor's, apologized, so I waited a few minutes for the arrival of the already mentioned colleague. Mrs. Šárka Šlapáková took over my person. I must say that I was extremely satisfied! The lady is very nice, pleasant and can explain everything in peace and especially advise. Negotiating a current account was quick, efficient. We managed to download the Raiffeisenbank mobile application and the RB key on the spot. She approached all my requests and pleas. During this paperwork, we also had a pleasant chat, both about the mortgage, the current account, and in general. I left satisfied. I will definitely be happy to return to this branch !! Many thanks to Mrs. Šárka Šlapáková, who negotiated with me. As I say, it's all about people and access to them. Since I also work in services, I know how difficult it is sometimes to satisfy everyone. And I don't have the kind of paperwork that Raiffeisenbank employees have for that. Nowhere did I take such an approach, the lady sent me away 20 minutes before the end of working hours, that it would simply not serve me. So I stretched out with two little children and my husband unnecessarily from another city. I have a hundred desires to move to another bank.
