Royal Pizza - Ostrava Centrum

I don't like to give negative reviews, so I scored all the positives and gave 50%. The pizzas ordered through the let's meal arrived on time and the courier was kind. The pizzas arrived still in a warm state. The dough is fine, interestingly designed edges that add to the crunchiness. Unfortunately, the pizzas were too greasy for us, maybe a bad choice of type. They fulfilled the purpose, we ate, but we didn't eat them, they weren't good enough for me to have to cross the threshold of fullness:) Don Corleone reminded me a bit, who, when they started, had luxurious pizzas and burgers. It was perhaps the first quattro formaggi in Ostrava at the time, which was as it should be. The pizza was delivered by a guy in a suit and black glasses in Audina, really stylish, but as time went on, everything went away. And like Don Corleone, the first Royal Pizza order will end up, the last one for a long time. There are at least three other alternatives in Ostrava, which I really won't mention so that it doesn't look like others who claim that Royal Pizza is the best in Ostrava, it's not, so Ostrava is not so bad.

For ham pizzas, we searched for ham for about 5 minutes under a layer of melted eidam. Just an ordinary bun from an electric oven.

Pizza Czech style. Kuryr was 23 minutes late! I ate and didn't return the pizza just because I was hungry. Otherwise I wouldn't have taken the food with such a delay. Another thing the driver obviously didn't want to drive into the parking lot, so I had to walk him nicely from the entrance to his car. Edge of hot dog filled park with mustard. The sausage itself had no taste. If there was no mustard, I have the impression that I'm just getting some weird stuff. Otherwise the pizza was flavored normally. But it was no chart. Most of all, the delay and attitude to the work of their bark has swirled me. I ordered them for the first and last time.

We were always ordering the same pizza for food. We ordered her again yesterday and wasn't good at all. We wrote a bad review and thought it was over for us, but the owner called us and sincerely apologized and as an apology I gave another pizza and great. We greatly appreciate the owner for his behavior you have our admiration for not caring what people think of you. Thank you
