I chose the company Ryspol for moving the apartment on the basis of a recommendation from an acquaintance who had very positive experience with them. However, my overall experience, both with the move itself and with the subsequent communication, was different. My wife and I placed the order by phone on a certain date at 9 am, the delivery with three young men arrived illogically an hour earlier at 8 am, thus complicating the preparation. I really have to highlight the hard work of one of them, who worked really fast and above standard. But when I walked past their van, where the other two were, it doesn't really work well when you hear "he never learns to work slowly" - especially when one worked really faster than the other two. What bothered me even more was when one of the young men said when moving a bigger piece, "this is not a reward, this is a punishment" - you pay the movers to do the work and not to listen that this is a punishment - this sentence alone testifies to the professionalism of the moving company as such. After the move was completed, I paid for it - because I saw that they had a few abrasions on the walls, I expected them to mention this and get an immediate discount, but there was no will to mention this fact at all - I have to contact the Ryspol management and arrange with them - and I did, I sent photos to Ryspol, including some comments such as arriving an hour earlier, why the distance of 20km between the places of moving was counted twice when In the order, no one pointed out this fact, why the hourly rate of all workers was calculated even during the transport of things, when the workers did nothing - again when ordering by phone, I was not warned about this fact that the rates of workers and the rate for transport intersect. And Ryspol's answer? None! They did not comment at all on the email with photos of abrasions on the walls and other comments, I sent another email several days apart - again no reply! So in conclusion, if you don't want to hear that moving your furniture is a punishment and if you are worried about your walls or your furniture when moving, you better choose a company where you know that they will face any problems caused by moving.

We changed the company's headquarters and needed to move all things. Office furniture, computers and other things. We contacted RYSPOL and it was a really good choice. Everything went very well, the speed at which we were moved, the reliability and excellent communication. If we ever have to use the moving service again, we will definitely contact RYSPOL again.

After moving with this company, it no longer occurs to you to say that it is better to burn out than to move. I recommend.
