Good day, The proverb says "a friend is known in trouble", the same can be said in business, a reliable company differs from others in that it knows how to competently solve problems. In my case, it was a factory defect in the electronics of the pellet stove. The company replaced the stove with another, Mr. Dushek, engineer, after his main work, made his way to Prague in snow conditions in his own car, turned off the faulty fireplace, then installed and connected a new one, started and configured it. I was pleased with the reliability of the company and the professionalism of Mr. Dushek engineer. I recommend Dufa and Mr. Dushek engineer as a reliable, professional and very responsible person,

information DaveP. Starting and adjusting the stove is a paid service. I checked everything and you refused to pay for the technician's trip. To operate the stove and fireplace, you must have a valid inspection by a chimney sweep. You refused to submit a revision. al2 is a broken chimney or uncleaned. There is no failure of the fireplace stove. You have to complain to the chimney sweep or clean everything. If I have the latest information from you, then everything works after cleaning. The neighbor is Mr. DaveP's brother. about 8 months he waited for the revision of the flue gas path from the chimney sweep. The stove cannot be started without a valid inspection of the chimney! I do not understand the essence of complaining at all ...

Before buying a stove, a very helpful and friendly approach, which after the sale turned 180 degrees. Waiting for the stove to start for 4 months (The neighbor has been waiting for it to start for 8 months, when Ing. Dušek did not pick up the phones and was unable to start the stove), with the first failure rejected after 6 months. Definitely not recommended
