We have the best experience with Dr. Šilarová, she always advised and helped us well, even in difficult moments. Whenever we needed, she was on the phone and we could come to see her. We have been going to it for over 30 years with various animals and we would not change.

The doctor was very uncomfortable, because we wanted something at all. And when the little hamster was hungry, she was blaming the money. She used 2 medications and charged 3, and she charged 40 pounds for shipping, even though she was not going anywhere.
