Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience. As a Christmas present, we received a furry pillow from the family with a print of our own photo. After unpacking from the foil package, we found out that the photo was defective printed on the pillow. The surface of the pillow was apparently not smoothed before printing, and when we adjusted the pillow, we noticed that the resulting product has several significant defects that make the photo distorted. Complaint - immediately rejected due to the fact that the product was ordered in November, and therefore they can not rule out damage to the product by careless handling. It is not clear to me what careless handling I could have caused a defectively printed photo on a pillow. I will state that the pillow was part of the order in the total value of 3 thousand. and the e-shop did not come to our aid with any or alternative solutions. Especially at this time, when everyone has much more serious worries than immediately complaining about damaged goods, and the vast majority of e-shops respect this and offer returns or complaints about goods within 60 or 90 days of ordering, this e-shop does not. An error can always happen. The customer's accusation that he complains about the product later, so he could have caused the defect himself, but it is not one of them. This is only our subjective experience, based on photo documentation and e-mail correspondence, and we will not support this e-shop any more.
