I would like to express my disagreement with Mrs Richter's review. My behavior towards patients is very decent, by no means arrogant, etc. There is no reason for that. I see the patient in 90% for the first time in my life. I increase my voice when he does not understand or hear me. In this case, I welcome the presence of a family member to help me fill out an anamnestic questionnaire regarding operations and especially possible metals in the patient's body (pacemaker, vascular clamps, valve replacements, etc.). If no one tells me this, irreversible damage to health could occur if the patient is resonated. Who else should know their mother better than her daughter? If Mrs Richter has any questions, I would like to meet her in person and explain everything to her so that they do not have to be misunderstood and used to express the social network. Friendliness with the deadline and nice environment. But I didn't like the insensitive, rough and arrogant behavior of Sister Marie Bubnová towards my 85-year-old mother. I was directly confronted. She should realize that once she is also a senior, she will not immediately understand every question, or she will not immediately remember all her life health complications. The nurse should understand this and not raise her voice with unappealing humiliating remarks. I'm sorry about the other seniors he's working with.

Tragedy. From neurology in Trutnov, a larger magnet (Skyra) ordered here in the PCE, due to my constitution. But at PCE they got it wrong and ordered smaller ones where I didn't fit. The older sister, instead of reassuring and calmly telling the course of the examination, scolded me for not knowing it and de facto scared me, reassuring me instead. What the hell is wrong with those people. Well, we tried, but I was there like a sardine and it was hard for me to breathe, so "re-ordered" for the bigger one. Conclusion: an unpleasant nurse, she should probably retire if she doesn't like it. Inhuman approach.
