There is nothing much to see, no water or anything. It's very tall and you only see the outside walls. It seems at night it must look nice since it has lights all around it but during the daytime it's not much of an attraction after seeing St. Barbara's Cathedral.

It's a nice fountain ring, but don't expect any sort of water display. There is a button that spouts water to a side, but this is mostly about the design of the fountain than the function. A nice thing to see in a nice party of the town, but don't expect to be blown away.
