Today I was at the post office in Chomutovka at the post office to withdraw money from the SAZKA terminal. By default, I chose the SAZKA service at the terminal. After joining the counter, I wanted to show the lady behind the counter No. 6 the code sent from SAZKA via SMS, after which I received such verbal showers as I want there, that money is not spent there, that I have to buy a ticket or bet a sports car. Otherwise, I have to give money orders. I have not encountered such behavior at the counter for a long time. If I pressed wrong, I would at least expect a different treatment from the customer.
Well-designed and well-designed post office space, relatively clean, mostly helpful staff. Well, that's all the positives. The manager makes you a fool when you refuse the savings and bill offered. It's quite irresistible. Twice I was cheated on money when I returned it, but on I should have looked at it and responded. Of course, the overall problems of the mail, such as the delivery of packages and vouchers, which have not come to me a few times, handling customers with packages as a priority, so that maybe 3 people overtake you just because they have a package.
Standard disappointment that the services of CP. In the mailbox I find a package delivery note with the note "no bell" I have a bell with a name tag and I was at home all day. When you pick up your package the same day the lady at the counter after half an hour waiting tells me that I'm here too early and I have to come the next day.

Queues, overpriced postage, sporadically unpleasant staff, in busy hours of confusion and few open branches. Average.
