Recommended. Very arrogant and unprofessional approach. They will not apologize for any damages, they only copy the manufacturer's statement, saying that all mechanical damage is rejected. Although it is not a large amount, I consider the company to be non-solid. As already mentioned, the postage for the spare part is higher than the purchase and offer an overpriced part as an alternative for the complaint. The entire translation of the product contained three lines, where they never pointed out the possibility of damage during normal use (in our vacuum box was used for a week). I think it is the edge of legislation in Slovakia.
I do not understand where do you have the dispatches in Slovakia? Your software is set up so that you get the money from the customer for the courier service of 5.00 EUR, although you specify the price of transport completely different !! Thanks to HEUREKA.sk for such recommendations ...... P.S. I do not like when someone cheats me !!
Although the goods were exchanged due to similar order numbers, the handling of the complaint was quick. As a bonus, I received a second free package. I recommend Penepex :-)
