Car repair Holyně

I had a nail in my tire so I went there asking if they can fix it. The owner (Irena) said she'll have a look and once she came to the car, she started "complaining" about that tire - it's old, not for using any more, risky to drive with it, it can explode while driving, she doesn't recommend to use it and so on.. I've explained that in the next 2-3 weeks I will buy new winter tires and summer set I will throw. She still complained that this is risky to repair but as I wish, it's my risk and my life. I've said I just want to have it fixed and that's it - I will decide what to do next (the tire in question was from 2017 so not that old). I had it fixed after 2-3 hours so I had to come for the car later. It costed 500 czk, which I believe is a usual price in Prague for that. The next day, a sensor was showing low air pressure in the fixed tire so I had to pump it again. All in all, the service is just OK; not the worst one but also not the one I will go to again.

Easy and transparent communication. If they find anything else, they inform and consult before they start working.

I was in the service with Mrs. Irena to repair the war, Mrs. Irena was very nice, the work was done probably well (the car is running, the problem is no longer ¯ \ _ (ツ) _ / ¯), I did not wait long, although I was warned that they have a lot of work to do. Thumbs up for it. Thumbs down and big for an unnecessary price increase. I was told that the problem would be 90% either a spark plug, a coil, or cables. Unfortunately, it was obviously not known at all what needed to be replaced, so everything was replaced and the price was CZK 9,000. I am convinced that there was no need to change everything. I didn't get the old parts back (although it's true that I didn't talk about them). Personally, I will have the rest of the repairs made elsewhere due to this approach, but who does not mind paying extra, will certainly be satisfied. Jan Šubert

In the garage I had stored aluminum alu wheels with the fact that I wanted to sell them in August with my original car. Until now, Mr. Jan was not able to prepare the wheels for me. When I asked him if I should buy new bikes for the winter, he said yes and we would sort of deal. Then we agreed to make me good daylight and geometry instead of bikes. I agreed with him very hard on the deadline and when I picked up the car, nothing was done, which was accompanied by further excuses and promises. Then he stopped answering phones and responding to sms. Communication terrible. Unfortunately, now I have to file a criminal complaint for service. I can not recommend to anyone !! It is a terrible business card and it is a great pity, because Mr. Jan, when he gets to work, is very handy.
