They dont replay to e-mails. They dont answer the phone and when the finally did they gave me another number to call and ask about my visa which didnt pick up at all. Their website is a joke. Its the worst embassy ever to the limit I decided not to go to Vietnam and go somewhere else. Such a shame

I called the embassy to ask about visa requirements and the woman on the phone was rude and irritated but she gave me a direct number and email to the visa department. I tried calling them many times throughout the day for two days with no answer!
