Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Specially an Iranian lady who also knows perfect Czech. They try their best to help people. I've been to several embassies of several countries. In all other embassies they behave really bad and look at people in a bossy way. If you don't have only the smallest document they send you away and make you wait for another appointment but here they are the best, so helpful and respectful.

Very helpful and friendly local Czech staff members as well as the Consul. For Czech nationals the visa process is very straight forward. They treat Iranian citizens very well for whatever procedures that they may need to carry out like passport renewal and so on. They do not respond to emails but they do answer the phone and are very helpful with answering questions and arranging appointments and so on. I was always satisfied with my visits there.

Amazing service, was able to expedite my visa same day, in and out within a hour. They take CC too! 90€ to expedite. They also opened late for me as well.
