Good day. I ordered houseplants around 1m in size for 16,000. The things listed on the e-shop are definitely not in stock. Based on your order, they go to Holland looking for what is possible. They do not inform at all that they do not have the goods. On the day of delivery, when I was waiting for a courier, I called them and nothing was sent to the warehouse at all. They told me they were able to deliver half the plants within 5 days, and the rest later, or replace them with others. On the day of delivery, they were not able to leave in time to deliver the flowers according to the agreed time. So they brought them the next day. He wanted to return the money for the undelivered goods immediately. The refund of about 9 thousand took place within one week, which is decent, it is usually even longer in e-shops. I was quite scared of the other comments, and in fact I kept writing and calling them. They do not respond to emails, only to the phone. But it occurred to me that they weren't catching up, rather than on purpose. The plants they supplied matched the description and size, and are in good condition, no rot, no drought. He bought the rest of the plants here after gardening, but they had about 1-2 plants in stock, so I drove here quite a bit. I give 3 out of 5 for: 1. They are able to find plants that they do not have in stock anywhere. 2. they will deliver them for 95 crowns by their own courier without damage. 3. The finals will meet what we agreed on, even though it was mentally demanding EDITATION: Yes, they are confused, while waiting they also mistakenly sent me money that I didn't know about, and only now did they talk about it and return the payment to them. But definitely better messers than thieves :) So I wouldn't be afraid to shop, it just wants strong nerves ...
