Wrong diagnosis, asked for an mri and they said u dont need it, did an mri months later and found out i had 3 major injuries that they didn’t diagnose. Terrible clinic

They don't answer requests sent via website forms. Makes you doubt any quality of service and how you will be treated when you need something from them, if they ignore you from the beginning.

Tried to become a member... most of the time the forms on their website return just errors. When their website finally worked, their stuff ignored my application. I never got a reply

MUDR. Zacet Petr is the coldest paediatric doctor I’ve ever met in my life, my son was a bit intimidated while he was checking him , the whole process he did not say anything part from gave me the wrong prescriptions , “I hate my job and children “ was written all over his face. Shocked that we’ve paid so much for the doctors in Canadian medical, yet received this awful experience. I’ve been to Canadian medical in Prague 4 and 6 as well , this is the worst for sure. 1. Doctor gave me wrong description. I have to go back to ask the correct one. 2. Doctor did not make a direct billing - my insurance information clearly on his computer. Yet told me I have to remind him to do so . 3. Not suitable for this job , no engagement with children nor parents. Cold attitude with a very rude manner. The assistant told me that maybe because the doctor is tired , many patients today. Yet I have to cancel my work and travel a long distance to drive here to see the doctor. No excuse for your incompetence work , you should not work here if you are not capable of working with your patients. I suggest Canadian medical check your doctors feedbacks and make a action. For the doctor- Change your attitude or change your job.

I would like to strongly recommend CMC and especially its Center of Special Care for Children. I know personally how important specialized medical care can be, especially if your baby is premature and/ or there were complications during childbirth. CMC doctors are true professionals with a lot of experience in neonatal care and they can really help you when you seek more than general pediatric care because you know this is what your child needs.
