In my opinion, Motol Hospital is one of the best hospitals in the Czech Republic. That's why she should better choose the security service. On October 4, 2020, I ordered a covid test on the drive via the website of this hospital. Everything went well and a confirmation email arrived at 4.10 pm After arriving at the drive collection point in front of pavilion 24, I was completely bluntly shown by Mrs. Security, showing the confirmation email or SMS on the phone did not help. Her behavior was unprofessional to cheeky. The situation was solved by the nurse at the usual collection point, stating that they probably have old lists. It is sad that as a self-payer, I note the self-payer, I have to ask for a test in today's situation.
