Terrible staff behavior. Totally unacceptable. Never ever again. Avoid at all costs.

I had Kara's down jacket cleaned. This treatment plant in the Zličín Metropolis was recommended to me by a gentleman from their shop. I must say that I was extremely satisfied. I forgot to pick up the jacket, so it was there for almost two months. Everything was fine, the nice lady found her immediately when she received the orders. She was well cleaned. I recommend!

I had the blanket cleaned not only that they lost it to me, but they also lied in my eyes that they had sent it somewhere else because of a broken washing machine, but they had long known that they didn't have it because they gave it to someone else. Never put anything here Edit: After a month when they decided they wouldn't find a blanket, they decided to pay me 25% of the price of the blanket.

You wash something and they lose it. Compensation almost zero. Non-professional negotiations. Definitely not recommended

I do not agree with bad reviews. I went to the dry cleaner with apprehension due to the above reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The lady pleasantly surprised me with her professional knowledge, she recommended how to clean clothes, she recommended impregnation. When picking up, I checked the quality of the cleaning. Everything in perfect condition, no mistakes. Like New. I got a free package for clothes, good quality, not some shunt. I recommend.
