Definitely not recommended. I made a non-binding order to move via the web form. Then I received a confirmation that they had a free car for the given date. To speed up communication, I called the contact. The East-accented dispatcher wasn't at the computer to see the order. On the other hand, she promised me three times that she would call back when she was on the mail. It never happened. The reaction did not come even when I confirmed the order by mail. I wasted a day and a half when I could be moved.
