Outrageous behavior of the saleswoman! A cheeky and evil lady (possibly a young lady) who refused to sell the cage for our rabbit, saying that the cage is small. The cage was intended directly for rabbits (according to the manufacturer), but this lady refused to sell it, it seems like abuse. So just to be clear, now our rabbit will probably have to run on the cold pavement without a cage. But we won't let him, maybe there will still be a shop where they really like animals and don't just try to play and make meaningless and embarrassing (and in the end bad) gestures.

I specifically evaluate the store at Palackého třída in Brno. The service is absolutely appalling ... they told me that I must not have two male guinea pigs and therefore they did not even want to sell it to me, even though I have many years of experience with them being able to bear without any problems. The store manager would rather rearrange the packages on the shelves than advise me which granules would be most suitable for my dog. And I'm not even talking about the fact that poor brigade workers have to climb ladders to an awkward height with a high risk of injury !! The store is very cramped. Next time I prefer another string.

Excellent shop where you can get everything for animals. In addition, the girls will advise you if you need to consult something. Another advantage is the price, which for most products is much more pleasant than in other specialized stores. I will mention the loyalty system with which it is also possible to save.
