Mrs Simunk's actions are utterly shocking and arrogant. I have never encountered such an approach! I called the lady today with the idea that I would probably have to apologize from Rhb, given that my friend has been in quarantine since today, given that he was in intense contact with the infected. I called her as soon as I found out about this message so as not to unnecessarily endanger her and her colleague. The lady didn't even let me finish. She was arrogant and vulgar. On my information that there is a high probability that I will also be positively tested, she counteracted to me that I don't have to worry about her and that WITHOUT people who were and are in contact with the infected people go to her surgery! For those of you who do not know - the lady in the surgery refuses the hands, no one has clients or rehabilitation workers there. At the end of the conversation, when I tried to explain to her that I was selling the information to her thanks to my responsibility and her safety was incredibly vulgar to me. Unfortunately, I am sorry for her colleague, who is very nice and pleasant, but thanks to Mrs. Simunk's behavior, I will never come here again. Unfortunately, I agree with the negative opinion. I also agree that Mrs Šímonková's approach is arrogant. She confused my first visit with another patient (it will happen ... but). For the second visit, I apologized over the phone for the fact that my menstruation came unexpectedly and that I therefore would not arrive (it is not even possible to practice the Moses method) and the lady scolded me for canceling it at the last minute. It occurred to me that she needed therapy too, when I heard the inability to empathize that you would not be able to command menstruation. Damage!

Unfortunately, a very unprofessional approach, when Mrs. Šimonková behaves arrogantly and tries to sell additional services more than to take care of treatment. I will no longer use the next visit.

I recommend!! I spent almost one year with my knee injured. Individual approach, research and cause solving, exercises not only with the knee, but also exercises for the overall correct body position.
