I waited at the post office for more than an hour and I still didn't get my advice, I left away from anger and gave the ticket to another lady (who was waiting about like me). I waited for Czech point (counter no. 4), where it took the lady a very long time and the window did not open until after half an hour of my waiting. I recommend the post office to write the opening of the Czech point "From-To" somewhere, as the shifts change and not everyone has time to spend a few hours at the post office.

I'm always waiting terribly. Whatever I'm going to do, if it's not picking up the package from the packing house, I wait at least 30 minutes. It's really motivating to see how everyone has already done what they need, and I argue in line.

At this time, when people are waiting due to the restrictions of people in the hallway, to have broken screens that show which counter a client should go to is really awful with forgiveness. Chaos and confusion, otherwise it cannot be described.

Not usable. Absolute anarchy in order. Czech point only works at one counter - one client can ‘shut it down’ for 10 minutes or more. If you are 4th in line, it is fully appropriate to give it up. Like any state institution, the post office is a total waste of time.
