They will notify you of a failed delivery, allegedly because you were absent, while you're spending the whole day in your apartment. Otherwise the service is OK. They can even really(!) try to deliver the package, if you complain to them. Not the worst postal service in the world.

They are lazy not only to deliver the parcel (or even a letter), but they don't even leave you a note it's ready... Would it be so hard to notify us? Or, god forbid, send us an SMS like Zásilkovna does. This way, we have to communicate with the senders, else we don't know what's going on... Just returned with a 2-month-old parcel. Really horrible services. Shame on them, for making us to go there, in the crowded space, during COVID. If they did their job, and didn't act just as a storage place, nobody would have to go there in person.

Despite the unfortunate situation we are currently in, post-office is opened and functional. I was lucky to stumble upon a really helpful lady. Overally, spent roughly 10 minutes to sort everything out. I was definitely pleased with the attitude and service of the staff.

Terrible service, I do not recommend it in any case

During the quarantine, when everybody needs things to be delivered, the working hours were shortened, untill 16.00. How can i be there by 16.00 if i have a job. Also this triggered huge queues, there were at least 30 people waiting around 14.00. Not very helpful for social distancing.
