This post convicts the state-owned company of fraud. Even though you pay for delivery, you must pick up the shipment. Or the so-called change of delivery time for a fee of CZK 25. Today, for the second time in a month, I waited all day at home for a package, in the early evening there is a message that I was not found at home and that I can pick up the package at the branch or have it delivered again for the above-mentioned fee. This is a fraud where you pay twice for one service. It is not always possible, but you can choose an alternative service at any time, not Czech Post.

Terrible services. Packages or registered letters with delivery to the address of the newsletter. You always have to go to the branch. I don't understand how anyone can use Czech. You cannot call the branch.

It would be nice if you could teach the staff how to pick up the phone. Thank you ...

The worst post office in the Czech Republic. Employees are a disgrace to the post office. The leader, Mr. P. Erben, is an arrogant hulvat who has no competence to perform this function. The fish stinks from the head and that's why this mail is so terrible!

One of the better branches of ČP. Mostly without queues, helpful employees. They even deliver packages and throw in pick-up calls.
