I normally don’t do reviews. But I got give credit where credit’s due. I ’ve been here quite a few times, the staffs here are extremely helpful. I am new in Prague so I don’t really speak Czech.(although I am learning at the moment. )But the ladies here are always willing to make some extra effort to help. Great professional friendly customer service. Děkuji moc.

The clerk and even a client scolded us in Czech (we did not understand anything but the meaning of the speech yes) because we did not respect the floor line and the path to be done even though there was no clear arrow. We did not want to be disrespectful, but being foreigners and not realizing when it was the way to go ... Maybe they should have a little more understanding about us.

Poor work organization. One person for the packages and the queue for 20 minutes, the other two windows are free, no one can help, the post office manager does not respond.

I was literally surprised by the visit to the branch. I have never been checked in so quickly and easily at this branch. I always tried not to go to this branch after a bad experience. But now, at a time of the greatest influx of people there, everything is running like "on wires", no angry expressions, nothing is a problem, all the counters in operation. I've really had enough. The opening hours are constantly changing and the highlight is that the opening hours do not correspond to the time on the call to pick up the shipment. I fall under this post office, even though I'm quite far here, and I really don't like that kind of treatment anymore. Opening hours from 8 to 16:00? For whom? Who, other than retired people, can go to the post office at this time? For whom is this service that the majority of the population really does not have the opportunity to use? I probably had the best experience from this branch when the postman out on a counter of two thousand unloaded CZK 50,000 with a long queue behind my back. Yes, really thank you, it was a very pleasant way home. In addition, the postmen often do not ring, they shove packages in the doors of strangers, and one of us comes to our house repeatedly drunk so that it stinks in the hallway for another hour!
