Great service, fast and great communication. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Mini
After 1,5 weeks of waiting for them to pick up the car and multiple phone calls asking about it and them saying "sorry sorry, we will pick it up today", they now just gave back the keys "we don't have time for this". I don't know about quality of repairs, but they are not good at organizing their work...
I recommend a lot. He helped the gentlemen very and willingly during the inspection of the car, immediately after its purchase. I really praise their work and speed in solving our whole situation and their quick inspection of the vehicle. I wish a lot of satisfied customers even during the current pandemic in the Czech Republic.
I have been relying on this service for years. They will always take care of my Mini professionally and quickly, I also really appreciate the human approach and pleasant prices.
I only have good experience with this service when a car outside Prague betrayed me, they willingly advised over the phone, helped and quickly repaired the car. I recommend 👍
