When I urgently needed to treat a sore tooth, they immediately came out to meet me and treated me, very nice lady / receptionist, the doctor has a very professional approach to patients. Very nice, cozy environment.

This morning, 2 days before my planned visit more than a month ago, I was canceled due to the fact that they are not currently admitting new patients. I call this a fair approach. And I can go to the tool shop with a sore tooth, maybe. Never more

I have never seen a worse approach. Reluctance, arrogance, and inability to say a thing to a person. As a bonus, the “doctor” lets a man travel 150 km just because he cannot stay 15 minutes longer despite the phone apology.
