Ordered 17 white roses (70cm) for a present, the flowers came dry and withered. Do not recommend, unless you are looking for a herbarium.

Ordered Valentine's day flowers for my partner. Order was cancelled due to non-payment even though I paid in full through Paypal. When I phoned them, they could not tell that the payment was sent. Had to send screenshots of my Paypal and bank account charge in order to get the refund. So in summary my partner got no flowers for Valentines day and I had to spend time taking screenshots and sending mails in order to convince them that I had actually paid. No offer of compensation for the hassle. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Info posted on their website is not correct. I checked their area for deliveries to make sure that I am within their posted boundaries; however when I tried to enter the address, the system kept denying the request that they do not deliver to my chosen location. What a disappointment. They customer service did not even bother to reply. Would not recommend this company. Further to the post here, I have to give the company credit; after I complained, they did deliver the flowers. Quality of the arrangement was high and the customer service did step up to the plate. I will use them next time.

I can not recommend this shop. I tried to order some flowers for my girlfriend, for the saturday. So i went to their website and ordered at around 12am at Saturday for the same day with delivering around 3pm. While the bookingprocess i was not notified, it is not possible to order and send the flowers an the same saturday. fail... so after a few days i recieved a email, with the problem not sending my flowers... as my GF was on holiday i didnt responded. As she is back to work now, i repsonded that email, but didnt get any answer. very disappointing from my side...
