The vacuum cleaner as such would not be bad if it were not so faulty. I definitely do not recommend the actions of the company. Our family has 3 vacuum cleaners and they were constantly complaining. When the warranty is over, even a spare part will not tell you like a wheel. You have to send the vacuum cleaner and pay dearly for the replacement of something that your husband could do too. And also buy something that must be non-stop in the on station, otherwise it will not last even in the off mode for 8 hours. Interestingly, I have compared of three robots and only one does it. The others will last a little longer, but it's also a matter of time. I'll give an example. I charge my cell phone, turn it off and don't turn it on in the morning because it's flat. The company that I complained about the new vacuum cleaner after 14 days returned my product to me after a month that it was in order. So if you buy the product and you have a lucky hand, it's OK, otherwise you will be embarrassed like me and a lot of other reviews that I read from late.

For Christmas, we bought a Robzone duoro xclean that didn’t work well, roared back and forth in the apartment, had no system in it, and couldn’t be set up manually either. He upset objects, got stuck, went to everything. In short, it’s just not good for what you should use it for. If I could give the device a 0 star, it was immediately returned. However, with the hat down in front of the company in the sense that they handled the situation 100% correctly, all the colleagues were helpful, kind and we got our money back on time. So this part is 5 stars :) That's why I give a total of 3.

I am not satisfied with the product as soon as the warranty has expired and the product has been damaged. I sent it back for assembly, they asked for 25 thousand HUF for the repair, I paid, I got it back, it worked for 2 days, then nothing. I didn’t send it back again, I wasn’t going to throw the money out the window for nothing. 150,000 ft went to the trash, I could use it for a year! NEVER MORE ROBZONE!

We had a problem with the product, but there was an agreement to withdraw from the contract and a refund.

I must say that I have not experienced a worse product. After a year and a half of use, I sent the vacuum cleaner for a complaint stating that it could not be charged, resp. after leaving the station, it announces that it is discharged and returns again. WHAT IS shocking that the price proposal from this company states: "The warranty for battery life is set by law for 6 months" - there is no such law. Following this, I was informed that I had violated the transport conditions because the vacuum cleaner was discharged. I must say that the practices of this company are misleading. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
