Yesterday, December 8, 2020, I was checked at the neurosurgery clinic in the Vinohrady Hospital. I was booked at 11 am, the fact that I waited there for over two hours is sad and they probably have a problem ordering patients and they can't plan it !!! It is strange that in front of me was a patient who, however, had the title of MUDr and was at the age of the doctor MUDr Pekař, so there was Mr. over an hour ...! Probably the gentlemen remembered how they studied and just had coffee and had a nice conversation there !!! Meanwhile, the nurses went for lunch and a small purchase from a nearby dining room ... So I just sat and waited for the nurse to say my name !!! Well, it happened at 1:00 PM !!! So I really waited a clean 2 hours in the hallway, because the waiting rooms are closed !!! When I finally got to the surgery of Pekař Lubomír, MD, so I sit on a chair and I humbly greet him, I did not hear a greeting or "GOD" from the doctor, even the cow will hum !!! The first sentence that fell out of MUDr Pekař was "WHAT DO YOU NEED" ????? He SAID IT VERY STRONGLY AND VERY AGROGANTLY !!! So I humbly greeted me several times before and said that I was going for a scheduled inspection !!! The nurse still checked me out and reported my weight to the doctor ..! I have been treated for Obesity for a long time and I know what I am doing wrong and that I am so-called underestimated !!! But since I have a BMI of 42, I'm not a candidate for surgery, although I really need it !!!! In 6 weeks I gained 2 kg and MUDr Pekař started yelling at me as I imagine that I have to lose weight and added the sentence "WE DON'T HAVE SO LONG SCREWS !!!! SO IT WAS SO HUMANIZED THAT I FOUND ITS ON THE BOTTOM! BECAUSE I AM A PATIENT OF PSYCHIATRY, I am treated for severe severe depressions, SO I COULD BE TREATED TO ME. IMMEDIATELY AFTER LEAVING THE AMBULANCE, IT DIDN'T GROSS AND DID NOT THINK OF JUMPING !!! Then he printed me a message that it is not possible to operate with this scale !!! The phone rang and the doctor talked for a long time and didn't even tell me to go! I wanted to know his opinion, for example, let him make a plan for me and I go to it every 2 months and watch my weight, but he didn't tell me how many kilos to lose weight ... He just gave the phone So the nurse who kindly taught me that I have to eat him fruits and vegetables and drink clean water, and that if I didn't eat anything for 3 days, nothing would happen to me, that I had enough supplies ...! The nurse handed me 2 reports and I was still waiting for the statement of MUDr Pekař, but I did not see that. The nurse told me I could go now ... The doctor didn't even say goodbye or give me another date for another check-up! Just because I'm fat, he treated me like a piece of rag !! After all, obesity is also a disease! They also treat alcoholics and drug addicts, but they probably don't talk to them like that because they are not obese !!! I'm definitely not going to leave this alone. This cannot happen. After an ambulance, in exactly 14 minutes I wanted to drive a car to the first bridge and jump and end the endless pain in my spine and the terrible disgrace I had just experienced ..! Kudos to the doctors and nurses at JIL, I have never experienced such a team and harmony anywhere. Everyone should look up to them.

On December 10, 2020, I visited this clinic to cover the nerve in the lumbar part of the palate. It was 13:00 ... I almost can't walk and the pain is crippling. The arrogant nurse yelled at me to go to the district doctor, I explain that she is no longer there and that I really suffer. I received a disarming response: "We do not replace the district doctor and I do not care about your pain." Many thanks for the help.

Department of Neurosurgery, headed by prof. Haninca - I had a malignant tumor in my clinic four weeks ago that caused me long-term health problems and inexplicable pain in my leg. I have solved my problem first in our Slovak hospital (where I have operated), but finally I did not find a doctor who would take this difficult surgery, so I was recommended by the neurosurgery department of the Royal Hospital of Královské Vinohrady. This clinic employs top neurosurgeons who excel not only in their professionalism but also in human approach to patients. From my personal experience - I spent 12 days in the hospital where every day a doctor came to see me asking if I had or something was wrong and everything was ok, answered my every question and nothing He will not hide. Prior to surgery, I was informed about the planned course of surgery as well as about the physicians who would be present during surgery. After the operation, I was informed of the operation and whether it was done as planned. This approach was and is incomparable for me with access to a Slovak hospital, where I did not know anything and when I asked something, the doctor took me off. In addition to the doctors, I do not want to omit even the nurses and the health brothers - they were all very nice and willing, and I did not meet with a bitter or arrogant attitude once I stayed, just the staff in this department (including JIS) was amazing. This is why I want to thank the whole neurosurgery department for a well-done surgical procedure that has improved my health and also a perfect and especially human approach. Definitely recommend.
