Plastic Surgery Clinic

I was at the clinic with a growth in the eyebrows, which had to be cut out perfectly so that it could not be seen :) I ordered online for an appointment (which is great), in the file cabinet upon arrival, dear nurse. I then waited in the ambulance, but that's the way the hospital is, I take it that they also have more urgent things to do. After arriving at the surgery, the doctor apologized for the delay and ordered me to perform - waiting about 2 weeks, which made me very happy. I evaluate the performance itself very positively - I took my turn exactly at the ordered time, the doctor was very nice and, moreover, she performed the whole event completely painlessly.

Can anyone explain to me why no one is dealing with problems at this clinic? Is it really a solution to delete bad reviews ???? Indeed, sir, patients are not worth your "better" behavior. You are an ugly sock, the behavior of nurses in ambulances, file workers, temperature "meters" is terrible. And deleting ratings is not the answer. That's just misery!

I went to the clinic for a consultation, although I wouldn't really call it a clinic. Weighing is 21 tables, alarm clock, the patient is a client. But your behavior, OK a few hundred for a consultation, more or a crown, that's the misery of what you're showing. Burnt-out sisters, in the kra.ka file. Ambulance where there is no privacy. That you are not ashamed !!!!!

Doctors and nurses are all nice and capable people. The ward is well equipped and the nurses are also very nice there. There is professionalism. The room then has a calm and relaxed atmosphere, which gives the patient peace. Doctor Mrňa sewed my hand and he did it, so thumbs up. However, there is no order and waiting is often very long to despair. But at the end of the day, one is satisfied with their well-done work and human approach.

Through me, my mother would like to thank the whole department, and especially Dr. Mrňa, for the absolutely professional work in removing the nose tumor and then covering it with plastic. Regards Marie Kučerová
