I do not recommend. I had a one-month-old snow-white jacket cleaned. The jacket was destroyed - it's completely grayed out. They tried to clean it once more, but the color is still gray. They did not accept my complaint and claim that they are not to blame. Their behavior - both the lady in the treatment plant and the lady from the complaints department is unacceptable to me.

A friend had his down jacket cleaned. The jacket is not cleaned after removing the packaging. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TREATMENT. The order was apparently received by the Ukrainian, the only thing they did with the jacket was to put it on a hanger and put it in the bag for which a friend of course paid. He is not ashamed to say about money. This is called customer service. HORRIBLY!!!!

They ruined my shirt and broke the zipper on the expensive jacket. The riders put my jacket in my pocket and put the jacket in a plastic bag so I wouldn't notice the damage.
