Excellent e-shop, really good customers service & updates and communication. Since I had the carpet custom-made I had to wait for it a little but was informed each step of the way. Super happy with the carpet, delivered as described and in excellent quality - and for a very good price too. It is made in the Czech Republic and I was pleased to support a local manufacturer. The manufacturer posted a video about the carpet which was really useful when making the choice (especially seeing the carpet in a day light).

I have ordered my rug online and I am very satisfied. beautiful pattern & colors - just as in the picture, soft though not that fluffy. easy to clean. the description of the product fits to its real appearance. I was also very happy with the customer service, very kind and helpful approach. I can only recommend :)

I bought a total of 6 pieces of carpets of this type. They are amazing, velvety, absolutely different from the classic carpet. I warmly recommend.

I received a carpet this week. I am not 100 % satisfied with a quality, but design is amazing.
