Papa Cipolla Uhříněves

I ordered Quattro Formaggi. It was best one, so far i ate in Prague. (Including luxury Italian Restaurants) Edit: (1 month later) : 2nd and 3rd orders were not good as 1st one...

I am shocked by the behavior of the operator :( Pizza is completely black with a delay, a new one was brought with an apology, on which there was an unfinished egg-flowing egg white, after a telephone complaint about the second unfinished pizza I was told by a very unpleasant lady who spoke to me in a not very chosen way that if I have a problem, let me write it for reviews !!! Instead of an apology, basically something in the sense: what do I dare to complain about, let me go somewhere ... We have ordered from you several times without any problems, but after this experience never again !!!

If you want to experience a really good pizza within Papa cipolla, have it from the branch in Letňany when you are ever around. The unbelievable difference is that it is the same "chain" of pizzerias. I ordered pizza from this branch in Uhříněves twice and it was really bad. Rubber edges, the import lasted (I waited about 90 minutes for I live about 2 km from Uhříněves) and the chef, unlike the branch in Letňany, saves on ingredients. I am really disappointed (it should be noted that this was not an isolated case and the friends who ordered at other times were brought exactly the same misery as me). I hope that the owner is well-read and read reviews, he should take the team from Letňany to Uhříněves to teach them how to make pizza properly, it is really unreal that you have two establishments, both have the same ingredients and at the same time the pizza in one is excellent and in the second really bad. Pizza in Letňany, excellent, sometimes it burns a bit, but it can happen. When you start in Uhříněves and if you make pizza as good as in Letňany, I will start ordering there as well.

Total satisfaction for me. I order via the Internet, I pick up in person in 20 minutes. My favorite is Alla Crema. Every tenth pizza is free.
