One of the best pet stores when it comes to customer service. It can be seen that Miss Saleswoman knows and understands animals. For a long time we were looking for quality litter for guinea pigs, which will not smell and keep dust. After many visits to competing stores, we tried this branch. The young lady was very helpful and recommended a really great product, which we buy repeatedly.

Great experience with a stone shop in Europark Štěrboholy. We were getting a rabbit and we did not encounter such an approach in any other pet store. We received a medical card with the rabbit, which showed that the rabbit was vaccinated and pinched, the food he was used to and all the necessary information. The lady at the pet store was very nice and helpful. I can recommend to everyone and thank you for this pleasant experience. After previous experience with other pet stores, only this one.

We came 2 minutes before closing that we needed to buy a few things. We have come for a dog where the saleswoman let us try everything. Although it took us a lot, she didn't say a word against and willingly advised. Thank you very much for that, because we really needed these things and we never made it in time.
