Kind of monopoly but good and sufficient merchandise

Receiving the COMPLETEL (online) order was a painful and long process...especially, because it was for "in store" pickup. Sent notification that the order was ready for pickup. The website said that Praha 9 was the closest location to my home- it is not. 30 minute tram ride/10 min walk to Super Zoo and 30 minutes tram/10 min info walk returning & the order was not complete. The (snarkey) female employee(s) showed obvious annoyance (-rolling eyes, aggressively shuffling through orders) and said that I would be contacted when the other item was available for pickup. A couple days later I was called. I returned to the shop and had a completely different experience with the male employee. He went above and beyond to help and was happy to do so. (*Despite everything... You cannot beat the onlinr prices, applied discount code and the 100vzk voucher for opting for "in store" pickup!)

A month ago I bought a rabbit with all the equipment. The service was very nice. They advised me with everything. I'm glad to be back. And I only shop at this branch.

The young saleswoman gave perfect advice with a smile (although behind the veil) I would like to stop there again when I need to buy supplies again
