I have to appreciate the personal and professional approach of the salespeople at this branch. They have a friendly approach and professional knowledge of all fields in their work. The manager gave me great advice on setting up an aquarium. That's why 5 stars from me :)

Catastrophic level of vendors. Reluctance and ignorance. Not only does a salesman know Czech, he does not know English even to read what he sells. The vendor could not adequately help and sold the cat's helmet as a helper for the dog. Moreover, he lacked the basics of good behavior. He looked dumb, like a jerk. He was very poorly communicating. It was a ruthless arrogant shame. Such vendors do not belong to the very expensive and overpriced Pet Center stores !!! Next time, we avoid the Pet Center shops by a large arc.

Absolutely the worst PetCenter in Prague ... a salesman who does not greet you, is not willing to advise, let you wait to know how long and in the result does not know the assortment you "offer". An older lady who will offer Kosie instead of a halter. I do not know who can help with the dog, for example, with a dog trap, when the lady does not know the basic concepts and especially the assortment that she should offer. I really do not understand what this person is paying for
