6/22/2020 deposit of the shipment at the post office, no information about this fact for me. I was really waiting for this important shipment (document) for me so that I could continue to run my business. 6/23/2020 I picked up another shipment at this post office and when asked if I didn't have anything stored here for the company, the answer was no. 6/26/2020 for my own search for the shipment, the sender informed me that the shipment had already left on June 19, 2020 and should be at the post office. I'm calling for this post and again I have no shipment from the company. I was given a delivery number from the sender and, to my surprise, a finding through the mail application, the consignment has been stored at the post office since June 22, 2020, where the employees probably have no idea what they are storing. Again on June 26, 2020 I call the post office, the phone was picked up and hung up, so re-calling changes possible. Great approach from the staff of this post !!!!!!! The mail application is probably the only one that works ...

I have no words, you urge me for an e-mail about picking up a shipment (part of the e-mail was also a breakdown of working hours when I should come for it) and wonder if I headed for the branch, it was closed and a different time schedule of working hours !!! It would be useful in today's Internet world and currently posted on your website and send people adequate emails !!! Not only did the package arrive in my hand, not delivered to my hands and deposited here, but it is still unrealistic to pick it up !!! I gave feedback to the company, which uses your services. Perhaps in the future, choose another company and this review will lead to the overall improvement of services CP. A whole week package store or one call to pick up in the mailbox.
