package sits there 9 days already no change, 30km far from my house... it took 10 days to travel 8000km from China

So, first things first, this place has no office/desk for customers (it's a big distribution center). Also, if you don't speak at least a bit of Czech, don't go there! I went there really frustrated after not receiving a package for over 2months. During this time, the online tracking said it's there. However, I went there with a positive attitude and limited Czech knowledge. The old lady at the entrance called someone who explained to me they don't have the package and I need to file a complaint. I communicated that to the old lady, who personally escorted me to another office. There, I was handed over the tracking document from the post office that stated the package left the center 2months ago for delivery, so the complaint should be done/handled by the post office where I live. Even without enough Czech, I had a positive experience (I still don't have the package, but I know where to go).

I made some purchases on the internet (purchases from China). Small quantities for personal use. I am satisfied with the work of the post offices. It all came without problems. Kindness and reliability also found at the post office of my small town.

A gift that I sent to a friend of mine lies in this logsitics hub already for 3 days, nobody responds. It's a small registered letter, how come does it take so long to ship it to its destination which is 40 minutes away from the hub?!

From 4.12.2020 a package taken over from Mall.cz to this depot. So far, the only information about what it looks like. Of course, he was paid in advance, because I have never had a problem with the Czech Post before. Unfortunately, it is impossible to call and get a reply from the Czech Post. Mall.cz the same. I understand that they have a lot at the moment, I am a tolerant person. But the package was ordered a hell of a long time and 14 days to lie somewhere at the depot? I hope to see at least my money.
