One of the worst branches. If possible, I recommend avoiding it.
Really the worst branch I've ever experienced. They do not give notice of stored shipments, nor do I want to count how many packages from abroad I lost just because I did not pick them up. I complained to the Czech Post, where they apologized to me, but the correction apparently did not take place.
Staff 2 female, one is still leaving..but the other? She pretends to be strong, no willingness, she can destroy the mood. I had a feeling that I might have to send it myself🙃 You'd better go to another branch if you want to stay calm.
