After reading the reviews I expected this to be a challenge being that I only speak English and I probably wouldn't get the package anytime soon. Surprisingly it went very smooth, no long line and the lady behind the counter was actually pleasant. Luckily I obtained parking close to the Post Office, otherwise expect to walk a bit if parking is not available nearby. This package arrived in country on 15 April 2019, today is 30 April 2019, it's been a long wait getting cleared through customs. International customs was 864,00 Czech Crowns for an item with a value of $125.00 US dollars, seemed like a bit much but I guess it's to be expected. I don't think I will ever have anything shipped via Ceska Posta again, the process takes entirely too long. My experience at the Post Office was good, however the process once an item arrives in country needs to be upgraded, it's entirely too slow.

- queues - slow pace - arrogant workers I was asking if it was possible to send a larger shipment. The worker, who, on the other hand, was very kind to the others, told me (in a good way) that if it has so much and so much, then it is not a problem. I carefully packed everything and delivered it to the post office. As soon as an arrogant cow in the door saw me, she drove me back from the post office, that I was unlucky not to even go to the window. In addition, she commented on it in the words of other workers: "Well, girls, that's what makes us funny, well, you see, well, by no means". No holt Czech Post ...

Edit 2.2.2021 So far, in 2021, I must admit that the services of the Czech Post have greatly improved. Of the 5 shipments, 3 were really delivered to me when in 2 cases the deliveryman called in advance, which I really appreciate. Maybe it will continue like this. The big minus is the opening hours and the serial system at the branch. But overall, it is becoming clear that Česká Pošta is taking steps in the right direction. Original 2020 Absolutely appalling approach and "delivery" (or rather non-delivery). In the last six years that I remember not even once, the package was not delivered to me, and in the last two years they have stopped bothering with throwing tickets into the security guard. Therefore, I have to go to the Post Office on the approximate day of delivery or laboriously find out the delivery number, which is very bad for shipments from abroad (shipments from abroad which, according to Ms. Bonus: Česká Pošta issued my shipment (paid in advance) to a completely different person, and on the contrary, I was issued his statement from the pension savings. Inability and reluctance at the highest level.

The constant changes in opening hours are really ridiculous. They close again most days before people leave work, which leads to the frustration of those who do not catch the mail and to a total rush in front of the fourth to catch up. On some days, people stand on the street in front of the post office to keep their distance, and of course they can't see the number screen. Or worse, they squeeze inside even without spacing. Really great solution, congratulations. Unfortunately, I must admit that this post office is not the worst of all, there is a package with accelerated delivery (if the system works and you can enter the number of the shipment) and some employees are even quite nice, although there are exceptions.

The worst branch I know, Mrs. (HU) behind the counter is annoying, when you fence, it intentionally calculates the higher price of the shipment. Fortunately, there are other and nice ladies at this post office.
