the blonde on the counter is really helpful. the lady with her son was in advance and tried to find out where the package was lost (she had information from the customs officer that they had sold the post), but unfortunately she did not march. then I get on, and it was like "I don't have and don't bother" her: she didn't have a package in the system and she told me that someone had probably already picked it up. I said it was nonsense. then she replied that she was at the supplier and that I should wait a few days and I needed to deliver it to me (I was there a week after receiving the invitation to pick up). I tried to get some information from her on what post the package is or who to contact, but she was not able to help me. all you had to do was enter the submission number on the web post and it was immediately clear where the package was located.

They don't deliver a single package or a letter, and now they don't even put paper in the mailbox to pick up a shipment at the post office. Catastrophe.
