I have to admit that after reading all the opinions I was sure that I am not going to like the experience, but fortunately, this turns out to be quite an efficient place. Whenever I was sending anything out, it reached the destiny, the ladies in the windows were very nice, and even though I don't speak Czech, they always helped me out, and once even wrote stuff on the screen in translator, so that I knew what they were saying ;)
Great branch. The staff here are great. They always went out of their way to accommodate me, even when they didn't have to. Thank you for the great approach.
I've always been more of a postman, but now I haven't received a shipment twice, saying I wasn't home. That's pretty crap at this time. There is always someone there.
Plus, I didn't even get a warning for the other one.
Services fast, queues minimal, the appearance of the building ČP can not, because it belongs to the municipality, respectively. Prague 11. 5 stars for me. :-)
