The employees of the branch on Kubánské náměstí are among the few to be aware of and have accepted the mission of "service for people". Quiet behavior, helpfulness, trying to comply and most importantly, someone always knows and advises. It should be a matter of course, but it is not. Especially in the current uncertain times, when nervousness or aggression is growing. The abolition of SIPO, the establishment of e-identity, the transfer of letter items when changing the address was an unsolvable problem at the NC Eden post office, or the Black Bridge, when officials convinced me that I was completely out because I didn't know what and how. Yes, I didn't know - that's why I asked them for advice, but without success, because they couldn't handle the request. Here at "Cubans" they knew immediately and within a few minutes I had settled. Calm down, in mutual respect, and the lady prepared for a few minutes from lunch without any hint of remorse. Maybe a good team, or good leadership, or both? In any case, everyone here behind the counter is improving ČP's bad reputation. For queues, opening hours, etc., what the evaluators state here cannot - it is necessary to direct it to the management. Therefore, please evaluate the actions of the people in this place, not the inability of the system as a whole.

Opening hours depending on how the person sleeps, mainly because the call for pick-up is still from 8 to 18 Mon-Fri. During one visit, the lady behind the counter broke my belt, saying that she thought it was more flexible, but it will not correct or pay for my identity card. Then she started to defend herself by saying that the crack was already there anyway and that it would burst for me anyway. I'm sorry that I can't choose which mail my packages and letters go to, I'd rather have one more competent and even further than this one.
