I would love to rate your arrogant, unprofessional, idiotic attitude with zero stars but the system won’t allow me to do so. The Czech Post overall and mainly this exact department is a bunch of common-sense lacking loosers whose only purpose is to making others life harder and more stressful. One piece of advice to you who decide to visit this department or to try to call them: DON’T DO IT & RUN AWAY!

Sometimes longer queues, but at least they have a summoning system and one can wait outside. The service is really about 50:50, sometimes you have a great person, other times it's sprung. I would give three stars, but since the other post offices in the area are much worse, this one will get an extra star.

You probably don't need to write about waiting and it's 50:50, either there's a nice person behind the counter or you're in a bad mood for five minutes. Compared to other carriers, but the golden Czech Post - at least I know where to go for the package.

Excellent service, especially packages - rings, waiting, card payment - services - great.

Quite busy mail, but the staff is certainly not to blame. Expect a half-hour wait at peak times, sometimes more.
