I visited this place 2 days ago and had a wonderful experience. The counter lady didn't speak that much English but still was able to handle my case and helped me throughout the process. Purpose: Western Union

I've had surprisingly positive experiences here. The machine to provide a waiting list number might prove to be a challenge. 'vyzvednout zasilku' - pick up a package / letter is a pretty safe bet. If you are expecting a larger package and the package code starts with an O you might have to go around the corner and down to the lower level, no number required downstairs.
