Never had issues here. Staff is very helpful, no lines all works perfectly.

All stuff also very important they don’t notify you that something is stored in their office and so all is coming back to their senders.

Unbelievably rude. I went there to take money from Western Union. Staff couldn’t understand English which is fine for me. But she put my name wrong and blamed my nationality. She kept insisting that I’m North Korean (Korea Democratic) and she said she can’t find Republic of Korea. I told her that she might put wrong name from the first place and wrote her down which one is first name and the last name but she just ignored. She kept saying something in Czech and started yelling at my face. 1 star is too much for your service.

Significant improvements thanks to the boss who is standing at the entrance and orienting clients. Staff at the desk are still lacking enthusiasm to serve clients but probably thanks to the proximity of the boss they will finally improve

If they ask you to fill in a form and come back to the same counter after that to continue with your stuff, do not do that. If you leave the counter, be ready to get a new token and wait again.
