Lady on the phone was very helpful in locating a lost letter (not their mistake).

I came here to post an international parcel. The staff was very helpful and also nice, there was not much waiting time.

Waiting time was acceptable, staff was quite friendly and she was speaking English as well. Good experience for a post office.

Staff is slow, unfriendly and inflexible. Building is very old, stinks with medieval equipment. Services around totally out of date. If you only have a change to do your parcel request via other service then Czech Post, do it, even though it is more expensive, at the end it will save you lot of time so it becomes cheaper.

Good service, fast at most times.
